I live in the United States, do I have to pay Canadian taxes?

Canadian Residents living in Ontario will have to pay 7% GST and 8% PST.
Resellers who selling the cards on to their clients can complete a PST exemption form and fax it to us and pay only GST. By law, resellers must collect the PST from their clients.
