Orders are processed on a Friday to Friday basis. Meaning orders received Monday- Friday are ready by the following Friday. Sometimes orders received over the weekend (space providing) will be put on our Monday print runs and be ready for the same week Friday... otherwise they will be ready the week after. Hence try to get your files in to us by Friday so your order won't be delayed a week.

Simple 5 Step Ordering Process

1. Submit SECURE Online Order Form or PRINT (& FAX) Order Form

2. Submit File (E-mail, FTP, mail)

3. We fax/email a proof by Friday depending on the file format submitted.

4. Sign and fax/email back approval ASAP (no later than Saturday 5 PM EST) to meet our deadline or order will be delayed 1 Week.

5. Order shipped out. Thursday the earliest and guaranteed by Friday.
