Printing Specifications

Our Business Cards (3.5 x 2"), Bookmarks (1.75"x6") or (2"x7"), Postcards (3x5.5", 4"x6" or 5"x7") and our (4"x9") Rackcards are all printed on 12pt, double coated, Cornwall stock. In addition, all our cards are UV coated on the front. This gives the cards a high gloss finish and prevents ink from rubbing off. You can still write on the back of the cards.

Our cards are gang printed. Files are output direct to plate at 175 line screen and 3386dpi. Our cards are printed on a 6 color Heidelberg offset press. We do not do cheaper, lower quality, digital printing.

Both bleed and non-bleed cards cost the same price. Any bleed card, must have a 1/16" inch bleed. All type should be placed 1/8" in from the trim size of the card. All files submitted should be named after your company, or your last name. Order form must be submitted prior to uploading files via our FTP site or by E-mail.

All files collected during the week are proofed by fax before Saturday to make that week's Friday deadline. We highly recommend that you submit your files early in the week, just in case files are not setup to our specs. This will allow you enough time to make changes and resubmit your files and not lose a week in turnaround time. If files is not proofed by Saturday.. we can not guarantee that your files will be placed on our Monday's weekly run.
