We fax or email proofs to our clients. We send proofs so you can
make sure there are no errors in your files prior to printing. However,
we expect all files submitted to us have been proof read (many times)
and are error free!
Our proofs should not be substituted for designer proofs. We send
them as a service to you to ensure the correct file is printed.
It is your responsibility to make sure your original artwork sent
by you or your designer is correct. If we do not hear back from
you by phone to halt the printing of your job by 10am EST Monday
morning we will print your file as they were sent. If
you contact us prior to Monday morning and changes are required...
there will be a reasonable $15 file replacement charge. This charge
covers the prepress time we've spent on prepping and proofing your
file for production.
Please
take extra measures to ensure your files are correct prior to submitting
them to us. Our file setup section is very detailed and informative.
We also offer templates you can download and use. Finally.... should
you have any questions email or call us so files can be setup correctly
the first time.
