File (E-mail, FTP, other)
3. We fax a grayscale print for approval by
Saturday.
4. Sign and fax back approval ASAP (no later than Monday
12am EST) to meet our deadline or order will be delayed 1 Week.
5. Order shipped out. Thursday the earliest and guaranteed
by Friday.

International Money Order from the Bank / US Postal Service
