1. You can either submit it by email.
  2. You can use Netscape 2.0 or later to FTP your file.
  3. You can use a FTP client to submit your file.
Submitting Files By E-mail
  1. files@coloritprinting.com if file is less than 2MBs.

Submitting Files by FTP using Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator 

1. Click HERE to connect to Color It's FTP Site.
2.  Browse file on your hard drive and upload.
3.  Confirmation message will be received if file upload is successful.

Submitting files by FTP Client 
  1. ftp to ftp.coloritprinting.com  (in the incoming directory)
  2. login as follows:
  3. User ID = cpupload
  4. Password = upload
  5. upload your file (s) with Type set to Binary

Note: Please use original names for your file(s), e.g.,

 
companyname.sit or companyname.eps ,etc.

Make sure fonts are "compressed" prior to sending.
Please compress files for best results using pkzip or stuffit.

Submitting Files by FTP using Netscape Navigator
  1. Click HERE to connect to Color It's FTP site. (you can't use Internet Explorer).
  2. Choose Upload File... from the File menu on your browser. (top left)
  3. Select your file in the dialog window.
  4. Click on OK (OPEN) to send.
  5. Confirm upload on the bottom left corner of your browser window.
  6. Refresh (reload) page to see file on server and confirm file size to make sure the entire file has uploaded.
Files formats preferred:
  1. PC or Mac photoshop .tiffs
  2. Illustrator .eps with fonts converted to outlines
    (After selecting text and creating outlines, remember to do an "object -path cleanup"- so that all stray fonts are removed)
Files formats accepted:  
  1. QuarkXPress up to version 4.0 ?(please include fonts)
  2. CorelDraw up to version 9.0 (include fonts or export file as an .eps with fonts to curves),
  3. Adobe Photoshop 5.5 (save as TIFF at 300dpi with LZW compression clicked on)
  4. Illustrator 8.0 (convert fonts to outlines and save as EPS).

Remember!!!

  1. Submit files in CMYK colors not RGB.   Otherwise we will have to convert your file for you.
  2. Create your file, including images at 300dpi.
