Step  2- Selecting Type Placement for your Business Cards

To make your experiencing in designing a color business card easy we have provided you with 12 different type placements that you can choose from. Just click on the thumbnail of the color business cards below for a larger preview. We have attempted not to use more than 3 colors in setting up the type and added only "drop shadows" to high light the text.  After you have made your choice(s),  just indicate the "p" code on your file creation order form when placing your order.  

We also want to mention that the quality and crispness of the text once printed will be a lot better than what you will see previewing the larger images.   The primary reason for this is that you are viewing the business cards at a low resolution of only 72dpi. (This is fine for the Internet but not offset printing).  Your color business cards and post cards are printed with a file created at a high resolution of 300dpi not 72dpi.  In addition, we also image our film at 175 line screen and 3386 dpi which further enhances the final quality of your color business cards & color post cards.

NOTE:  Variations in the colors of the business cards will differ from monitor to monitor.  All business cards are shown in RGB monitor (Internet) colors. However offset printing is done in CMYK colors not RGB.   Hence there will always be a slight color shift from what you see on your monitors.   In addition, if your monitor isn't calibrated to printing colors as ours is, there can be a more significant color shift from what you are viewing.
