It is very important that files are named correctly. We would like our customers to name the files with the first 4-8 letters of the company or last name used on the "order form" under contact information. In this way we can make sure the right order form goes with the right file... If we get a file on our ftp server... we may neglect it or sometimes what happens is we call the # on the card and may mistakenly call your client directly. Hence to avoid any errors.. please name files correctly and simply email us letting us know the files have been upload to our ftp server, with files names so we can check them.

Always add extensions to your file names.

Quark files - .qxd
Photoshop files - .tif or .eps or .psd
Illustrator files - .eps
Corel Draw - .cdr

ex. Bill Smith from Tower Inc is placing 3 orders. There is a front and back of a brochure setup in Quark. A postcard done up in Illustrator and a business card in Photoshop.
